(640) Vyškov - Nouzka II. (12 ha)

The town of Vyškov has a convenient position in close vicinity to the motorway D1 Praha - Brno - Olomouc, approx. 30 km northeast of Brno. The industrial zone Nouzka II with an area of 12 ha (30 acres) is situated southwest of the town. It is accessible by the second class road No. 430, the first class road No. 46 and the motorway D1 Praha - Brno - Olomouc. All three of these are about 1 km distant from the zone's boundary. This area would be suitable for realization of projects from the fields of manufacturing services and light industry. The zone is equipped with infrastructure utilities - water supply, gas supply, power supply and sewerage system.
