Czech Technology Park Brno represents a prestige Central-European developing zone for light hi-tech industry and strategic services. The zone utilizes the synergy among research, development and enterprising.

The project is realized by the company Technology Park Brno,  a.s., owned by the Statutory City of Brno and the transnational company P&O, with the close cooperation with Brno Technical University.

The current development of the technological park is concentrated in two zones of an area of 10.5 ha (26 acres) into which the company has made investments. In this area the company realizes construction of manufacturing and administrative objects which are intended to be leased to particular applicants. The projects and integrated offers of high standard buildings are of different kinds, which allows a flexible approach of the individual requirements of clients.

The 1A zone designated for highly specification offices, research and services has a free capacity of 20,000 m2.

The 1B zone designated for light hi-tech production and assembly space offers free capacities in the manufacturing buildings B212 -  1,700 m2 and B220 -  2,700 m2.

To possible clients in the field of telecommunication services, the Czech Technology Park offers the following:

  • Connection to GTS fibre optic network

  • National network based on redundant ring topology

  • Fully featured ISDN service is run on GTS own switch Siemens EWSD located in Brno

  • Data connectivity available is STM-16 derived from trans-European and trans-Atlantic GTS optical network

  • Internet connectivity to Czech NIX is 2x100M, to international internet is ST-4
